Chika Ejefobiri, born in 2000 in Nnewi, Anambra State, is a contemporary artist whose artistic journey commenced during her childhood, as she engaged in doodling and sketching family portraits alongside her father. Her art is a skillful fusion of traditional Uli motifs and an exploration of human forms, emotions, and concepts.
Having earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Chika has meticulously honed her craft through years of unwavering dedication. Her artwork has graced various exhibitions across Nigeria, gaining recognition within the art community.
Chika's creative process is driven by intuition, drawing inspiration from the human figure and the myriad emotions and daily life experiences that surround her. Her overarching artistic aspiration is to evoke a profound sense of connection and wonder within her audience, encouraging them to embark on a journey to discover the captivating beauty of art through her unique perspective.
