Introducing Caskayd (but not as you know it).
The Problem: Brands constantly struggle to find the right creators for their marketing campaigns. After talking with talent managers, we realized finding Nigerian creators is especially difficult.
The Solution: A streamlined database that puts creator profiles and contact details right at your fingertips.

We’ve already indexed over 1,000 creators, and we finally have a working MVP! I spent about 3 days back to back in the past week speed-running the entire frontend build (shoutout to AI for the workflow assist ⚡️).

I took a brief hiatus from the timeline to just log off and lock in. Between balancing work, new web dev projects, and pushing my limits in Blender, it’s been an incredibly busy season of building behind the scenes.
My schedule is finally breathing a bit, so I'm back to regular programming! I’ll be sharing some of the things I’ve been cooking up over my next few posts.

📰 "British actor David Jonsson was named as the new Black Panther at this year's Comic-Con."

Chadwick Boseman made such an incredible impact on this character that it’s honestly hard to imagine anyone else in the suit. That being said, I'm really interested to see what fresh energy David Jonsson brings to the table.

I'm also curious to see how the MCU handles the storyline transition since the character passed away in the sequel. I really hope they do it justice, especially because of what Wakanda represents—a powerful perspective of an African nation not as a third-world country, but as a pinnacle of global innovation, tech, and creativity. 🌍⚙️

How do you all feel about this casting? And how do you think Marvel will write him into the story? 🙅🏾‍♂️

🍩 2 hours into this Blender tutorial and honestly, my brain is sweating almost as much as my CPU 😭.

The learning curve is steep, but it’s actually starting to click. I went from not even knowing how to drop a shape into the scene, to setting up camera angles and building custom materials from scratch. The best part is that the video actually explains the theory behind things—like how Eevee and Cycles rendering engines work—instead of just telling you what buttons to click. (Though I'm pretty sure if I try running Cycles again, my laptop will actually catch fire 🔥).
